What did he say?

From the State of the Union Address
What the President said,
Keeping America competitive requires an immigration system that upholds our laws, reflects our values, and serves the interests of our economy. Our nation needs orderly and secure borders. To meet this goal, we must have stronger immigration enforcement and border protection. And we must have a rational, humane guest worker program that rejects amnesty, allows temporary jobs for people who seek them legally, and reduces smuggling and crime at the border”.

Now what the President really meant.
Keeping America competitive requires an immigration system that allows corporate whores in this country to have access to cheap slave labor that has no respect for our laws, which represents the values of my administration and most of the Democratic Party. Our nation has no need for orderly and secure borders. To do this would only get in the way of the creation of the Security and Prosperity Partnership Of North America. To meet this goal I have sent 6000 Guardsman unarmed to retreat in the face of danger to the border. My administration will make token arrests of illegal workers to keep the American public thinking that my administration is tuff on enforcement. We must have an irrational, inhumane amnesty program that allows illegals to take jobs from Americans; this will help corporate America in keeping wages suppressed. My administration will also reduce smuggling and crime at the border by sending border agents to jail so the drug smugglers can’t be caught. And as we say in Texas, “if you didn’t catch them, they didn’t do it
